Glacier National Park, Montana, USA

Coming back to the United States from Canada got us to drive through Glacier National Park. We decided to drive the Going-to-the-Sun road, one of world's iconic routes that is quite challenging. Unfortunately this was the only day on our trip that the sun did not shine.

All photo's can be purchased on various materials through my shop on artheroes.com.

Below are all the photos related to this travel experience including the relevant link to the shop.

Jackson Glacier

Jackson Glacier is just one of the glaciers that can be admired in Glacier National Park. The low clouds made for a pleasing sight.

Autumn falls

The Going-to-theSun road in Glacier National Park is an amazing road to drive. The views are magnificent and very varied. We loved this waterfall in the autumn landscape.

Straight from the clouds

Driving along the Going-to-the-Sun road in Glacier National Park offered us many beautiful views. Given the clouded sky, the Haystack Creek waterfall looked like coming straight out of those clouds. Very peaceful to look at.

Covered in moss

Walking the Trail of the Cedars in Glacier National Park was a really nice experience. It felt like walking in an enchanted forest. So many awesome green colours all around.

Milky creek

We had a lovely walk along the Avalanche Creek in Glacier National Park. Small waterfalls everywhere in between the dark red rocks.

Mighty falls

We were on our way out of Glacier National Park when we made a quick stop at McDonald Falls. I'm glad we did as it turned out to be an awesome set of cascading falls. The fisherman standing in this photo was a nice touch.

Blue in the morning

While driving from Glacier National Park towards Yellowstone National Park we passed some magical landscapes. This here is the Salmon Lake State Park which had such a beautiful blue colour in the morning.
